Our History
Agrocrop has grown through focus, persistence, disciplined risk-taking, and cultivating trusting relationships that span the globe.
From our humble roots as a procurement-based company in the early 2000s, we continued to grow over the last 20 years, with our first packaging machine in 2005 to the grand opening of our flagship state-of-the-art facility in Bolton, Ontario, in 2017 and our expansion to Calgary, Alberta, in 2023.
Along with continuous investments in technology and automation today we are an integrated end-to-end provider of private label goods, recognized as one of the largest players in our space.

Facilities
Our flagship facility in Bolton, Ontario provides state-of-the-art manufacturing, warehousing, and office space with plenty of natural lighting throughout.
Our yard area is paved & fully secure, with ample parking for trailers and ocean containers. Our 17 dock doors ensure that all shipping and receiving functions operate safely and in a controlled and organized manner. As a food manufacturer with BRC AA and HACCP certifications, our passion for a clean environment is evident throughout. Recycling and waste diversion systems operate with dedicated staffing, and motion-activated lighting ensures we use energy responsibly.
Culture of Safety
An active Joint Health and Safety Committee partners with front-line and senior leaders to continuously monitor our work environment to identify and eliminate hazards. From the front office, through our production floor, and out our dock doors to our loading area, workplace safety is always top of mind.
We are a 100% Canadian-owned and operated company, and we are proud to have BRC AA and HACCP certifications, ensuring that we meet the highest global standards in food safety and quality control.
Ongoing Investment
With food safety and product quality always of paramount importance, we are constantly investing in our processes and systems to maximize the speed, flexibility, and reliability of our operations. We are willing and able to make long-term investments in state-of-the-art and emerging technologies to improve our business.
Since our purpose-built flagship facility was opened in 2017, we have invested in conveying systems that triple-clean our products before packaging, robotic palletizers, and an advanced high-speed pouching line commissioned in the fall of 2020. In 2021, we expanded our Bolton, Ontario facility by another 75,000 square feet and our western facility in Calgary, Alberta, in 2023.
